The Goa, Diu, and Daman Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an Act that provides for the constitution of a fund to finance activities promoting the welfare of labor, conduct such activities, and address matters connected therewith in the Union Territory of Goa, Daman, and Diu.

RULES:

Any establishment/employer employing one or more persons.

All employees, except those in managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacities drawing wages of more than ₹1,600 per month.
