An Act to provide for the constitution of a fund to promote the welfare of labor and for certain other matters connected therewith in the State of Tamil Nadu. This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972.

RULES:

Any Establishment/Employer employing 5 or more persons

All employees, except those in part-time, apprentice, or managerial positions drawing wages of more than ₹15,000 per month.
