Gujarat follows the Bombay Labour Welfare Fund Rules. It is an Act that provides for the constitution of a fund to finance activities promoting the welfare of labor in Gujarat, to conduct such activities, and for certain other purposes.

RULES:

Any establishment/employer employing 10 or more persons.

All employees, except those in managerial or supervisory capacities drawing wages of more than ₹3,500 per month.
