The Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965, is an Act that provides for the constitution of a fund to finance activities promoting the welfare of labor in the State of Punjab, to conduct such activities, and for certain other purposes.

RULES:

Any Establishment/Employer employing 20 or more persons

All employees employed for hire or reward to perform any work, skilled or unskilled, manual or clerical, in an establishment.
