The Odisha Labour Welfare Fund Rules is an Act that provides for the constitution of a fund to finance activities promoting the welfare of labor in the state of Odisha, the establishment of a board to conduct such activities, and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Any Establishment/Employer employing 20 or more persons

All employees, except those working in part-time positions, apprentices, and managerial positions.
